
Cboe Global Markets has announced the planned hiring of Boudewijn Duinstra as Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer. According to a press statement, Duinstra brings more than three decades of experience across risk management, clearing and derivatives markets. Most recently, he served as CEO of ABN AMRO Clearing USA LLC. He was previously Head of Risk Management at ICE Clear Europe and held multiple senior roles at ABN AMRO, including Global Chief Risk Officer and Managing Board Member of ABN AMRO Clearing Bank.

Adrian Sisser has announced on LinkedIn that he has joined Mosaic Platforms as CTO. Sisser has over two decades of experience building low-latency trading systems, real-time risk infrastructure, and data driven platforms across electronic markets. Most recently, Sisser was a founding partner at Seven Eight Capital, where he spent more than 13 years. Prior to that, he served as Senior Strategist at IVC Americas and previously worked as a researcher at Data Mining Systems. Earlier in his career, he spent five years as Vice President at Lehman Brothers.

Broadridge Financial Solutions has appointed Ian Williams to the newly created role of Head of International, Broadridge Trading and Connectivity Solutions (BTCS). Williams, who relocates from Toronto to London to take on the expanded remit, will retain his current responsibilities as Global Head of Trading and Execution Product Management. He will report to Brian Pomraning, BTCS Chief Product Officer. Williams is a seasoned capital markets executive with more than 30 years of experience spanning trading, market structure, and global product leadership. Prior to joining Broadridge, he spent 16 years at Virtu Financial and ITG, holding senior leadership roles including CEO of the Canadian business and Head of U.S. Execution Services.
BNP Paribas has appointed Stéphane Pellerin as Head of Americas for Securities Services, effective June 1. Based in New York, Pellerin will report to Claudine Gallagher, Head of Securities Services. In addition to leading Securities Services in the Americas, Pellerin will continue in his current role as Head of Derivatives Execution & Clearing (DEC) and Foreign Exchange Prime Brokerage (FXPB) Americas. With over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, Pellerin started his career at BNP Paribas in Tokyo in 1996, and has since held a wide range of senior positions within the bank in Hong Kong, the UK, Bahrain and the US. Most recently, he was the Head of Linear Rates Trading, North America.
TS Imagine has announced the expansion of its North American sales team with the hires of Terrance “Terry” Baum as Director of Sales, US, and Anthony DeRosa as Sales Executive. According to a press release, Baum joins TS Imagine from Vermeg, where he served as Sales and Key Accounts Director. He brings more than two decades of experience across collateral management, liquidity risk, treasury operations and post-trade infrastructure. Earlier in his career, Baum was Group Head of Collateral and Liquidity Risk Management at LCH.Clearnet, and also held senior treasury and liquidity management roles at Pantheon Ventures and BlueCrest Capital Management. DeRosa joins from SS&C Technologies, where he worked with institutional clients across portfolio management and order management solutions for buy-side firms.
George Barbar has been appointed Chief Commercial Officer at InspereX, according to a press release. Barbar joins InspereX from Mesirow, where he began his tenure in 2010 and most recently served as Senior Managing Director and Head of Regional Development and Strategy. Prior to Mesirow, he held positions at BNY Pershing and LaSalle Bank.
Fnality has announced a number of senior promotions on LinkedIn to support the next phase of the company’s growth. Simone Cortese has been appointed Chief Product Officer, Teresa Leitão has been appointed Chief Risk Officer; Mark Goree has been appointed Managing Director, Fnality UK, and Charitha Shashiraj has been appointed Head of Risk, Fnality UK.
S&P Global has announced that Saugata Saha, President of S&P Global Market Intelligence and Chief Enterprise Data Officer, has decided to leave the company to pursue another opportunity. Saha will remain with S&P Global through July 30, 2026, to support transition. According to a press statement, the Enterprise Data Organization (EDO) will move to become part of the Chief Technology & Transformation Office, led by Firdaus Bhathena, S&P Global Chief Technology & Transformation Officer.
GoldenSource has hired Jesper Cordes to lead the firm’s global client function in a newly created role of Chief Customer Officer, according to a press release. Cordes spent 25 years at SimCorp, where he built the North American customer organisation from the ground up. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of Client Services at Enfusion (now part of Clearwater Analytics), where he rebuilt the customer success model and acted as executive sponsor for senior client relationships.
