Who are the winners and what have we learned? This was the title of the NMS conference held at Baruch College last month.

The 1975 Congressional Securities Acts Amendments — which called for the institution of a National Market System, jump started far reaching changes in the equity markets. On its 40th anniversary, Wall Street thought leaders gathered to debate the current state of the marketplace at Baruch College in November 2015.
