November was a busy month for new hires, promotions and a few resignations inside major investment firms such as ITG, Deutsche Bank, Mischler Financial and other powerhouses. Traders takes a look at the new hires in the U.S. capital markets.

The wave of new faces arriving and veteran employees leaving brokerage-firm ITG continued in the month of November.In this month’sTradersOn The Move gallery of November 2015, we see a brokerage dealing with the repercussions of a large fine and a boutique fiorm attempt to beef up its European and Asia trading desks.

Other leading investment firms – such as Deutsche Bank, Mischler Financial and Convergex – also saw new hires last mmonth. Even as trading volumes shrink and the investment industry braces for new rgulations and a possible interest rate hike, people moves marched on as the year starts to wind down.
