Mark Nichols has joined Broadridge Financial Solutions as Co-President, Digital Assets. He joins Broadridge from Ernst & Young US, where as a Partner, he co-led EY’s digital asset consulting business and led its market infrastructure consulting practice. Earlier in his career, he led product across FCM, collateral, and funding within Deutsche Bank’s fixed income business, according to a press release.
The Securities and Exchange Commission has appointed Kathleen M. Hutchinson as Director of the agency’s Office of International Affairs (OIA). Hutchinson has served as OIA’s Acting Director since January 2025. She started at the SEC in 2003 as an attorney-advisor in the Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations, now the Division of Examinations, and joined OIA in 2008. Ms. Hutchinson has held several other positions in OIA, including Deputy Director and Assistant Director. She has twice served as Acting Director of the office.
OSTTRA has announced the appointment of Keith Tippell as Head of FX. He brings more than two decades of leadership experience in capital markets and fintech, with a proven track record in post-trade services for OTC derivatives and FX. He returns to the business after previously serving as Head of FX for MarkitServ, one of the founding businesses that combined to form OSTTRA in 2021. Most recently, Tippell served as Chief Product Officer at CLS Group, and has also held the role of Head of FX and Securities Markets for SWIFT.
Guy Gresham has joined OTC Markets Group as Global Head of Corporate Client Success, according to a LinkedIn post. He joined OTC Markets Group from BNY, where he spent over 17 years in senior leadership roles, most recently as Group Head of Global Investor Relations Advisory & Investor Solutions. He is also a 2026 Cambridge Digital Statecraft Academy Fellow researching AI-related disclosure and operational risk in global banks, and serves in advisory roles at SESAMm and Sedex, focusing on ESG, reputational risk, and sustainable finance.
Fenergo has appointed Lekshmi Nair as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), according to a press release. Lekshmi brings extensive experience across financial services, technology, enterprise software and commercial leadership. Most recently, she served as Global Chief Revenue Officer for Lending at Finastra, where she managed the revenue engine for Finastra’s largest business unit and delivered significant year-on-year growth across complex global client portfolios.
Vermiculus Financial Technology has appointed Chris Dorougidenis as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Henrik Rouet-Leduc as Deputy CEO. Dorougidenis brings more than 15 years of experience in financial technology, with a career spanning trading systems, capital markets infrastructure, and mission-critical project deliveries. Most recently, he served as Project Manager at Vermiculus. Rouet-Leduc has joined Vermiculus in 2022. He has been a key member of the management team and has also served as project manager for Vermiculus’ largest customer engagement.
