
Claire Lynch has joined Rosenblatt Securities as Managing Director and Head of New York Institutional Sales, the brokerage firm shared on LinkedIn. She will will work closely with the Global Head of Institutional Sales, Evan Morgan to help elevate our client service experience. Lynch brings nearly two decades of experience in institutional equity sales, with a proven record of building trusted partnerships with leading investors across the Tri-State area. She joins us from Stifel, where she spent 17 years—most recently as Managing Director in Institutional Equity Sales—helping expand the firm’s institutional presence and client relationships.

The Texas Stock Exchange has announced Greg Ferrari will join as its chief operating officer and Liz Hocker will join as global head of listings and capital markets. Both roles will be part of TXSE’s senior leadership team. Ferrari brings more than two decades of exchange operations and market structure expertise, most recently as head of North American exchange trading at Nasdaq, where he oversaw all aspects of business management and strategy for its North American cash and derivatives markets. Hocker brings more than 30 years of capital markets, banking, and business operations experience, most recently as regional head of capital markets for the New York Stock Exchange, where she launched NYSE Texas in 2025. Prior to that, she served as Nasdaq’s managing director for the southwestern U.S., where she guided more than 150 companies through successful IPOs representing over $117 billion in market value.
Commodity Futures Trading Commission has announced Jessica Harris as director, Division of Data, and chief data officer. Harris’s background encompasses surveillance, market conduct, data standards, and financial regulation over a career spanning 25-years. Having previously held roles at both the CFTC and the NFA, combined with years of experience in regulatory banking and financial services, she has been deeply involved in leveraging data analytics and technology to address the complexities of the financial markets, CFTC said in a press release.
The Securities and Exchange Commission has announced that Judge Margaret A. Ryan has resigned from her role as Director of the Division of Enforcement. Principal Deputy Director Sam Waldon has been named Acting Director of the Division. The Commission is expected to announce a permanent successor as Enforcement Division Director in the coming weeks, according to a press statement.
Alessandro Hillman has been promoted to head of investment management risk at Morgan Stanley, based in New York, Global Trading reported. Hillman has been head of US banks enterprise risk management at Morgan Stanley since January, and has been with the bank since 2017. Prior to this, he was head of US government and regulatory affairs at Deutsche Bank.
OSTTRA, a global post-trade solutions provider, has announced four key appointments to its leadership and product teams to support its strategy of post-trade transformation. Nathan Ondyak joins as Chief Commercial Officer, Peter Altero as Chief Business Development Officer, Chris Licini as Buy-Side Strategic Relationship Manager, and Christian Kjaeldgaard joins as Product Design Director. According to a press release, Ondyak spent over 14 years at LSEG, where he led the expansion of LSEG’s post-trade capabilities and most recently served as the CEO of LSEG Post Trade Services (TradeAgent) and SwapAgent. Altero returns to OSTTRA from LSEG, where he spent three years as North America Head of TradeAgent, SwapAgent and Quantile. Licini played a leading role in developing strategic customer relationships at LSEG for more than 14 years, with a particular focus on the buy-side community. Kjaeldgaard developed post-trade strategy and solutions across the SwapAgent offering at LSEG, having previously played an important role in the evolution of MarkitWire in the product management team at Markit.
Fortress Investment Group has announced the appointment of Elizabeth Burton as Chief Strategist in a press release. In this newly created role, Burton will be based in New York and report directly to Co-CEOs Drew McKnight and Jack Neumark. Burton joins Fortress after three years at Goldman Sachs Asset Management where she was Managing Director, Investment Strategist, advising institutional clients on their investment strategy and portfolio objectives. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs Asset Management, she was Chief Investment Officer at the Employees’ Retirement System of the State of Hawaii and was a Managing Director in the Quantitative Strategies Group at the Maryland State Retirement and Pension System.
Northern Trust Wealth Management has appointed Alyssa Quinlan as Head of Advisor Relationships & Strategic Partnerships. According to a press release, she will report to Global Head of Sales David Albright, according to a press release. Quinlan brings 25 years of experience across wealth management, private banking and fine art. She most recently served as CEO of Freeman’s Auctions & Appraisals, where she oversaw firmwide operations, led strategic growth initiatives and guided a major merger integration. In addition, she launched and managed the Chicago office of Gurr Johns, an art advisory and appraisal group.
