ON THE MOVE: Enrico Cacciatore to Leave Voya; JPMorgan Makes Senior Management Changes

Voya Investment Management is set to lose senior quantitative trader and current head of market structure and trading analytics Enrico Cacciatore, Best Execution has reported. Cacciatore, who has been with the New York-based asset manager for almost 10 years, is to depart for new pastures in the fintech space. CEO Christine Hurtsellers has also announced her intention to retire last week. She will be succeeded by Matt Toms, global chief investment officer. In addition, Eric Stein, formerly CIO of fixed income at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, has joined Voya IM as CIO, fixed income, reporting to Toms.

Troy Rohrbaugh

Jennifer Piepszak, Co-Chief Executive Officer of Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) at JPMorgan Chase, and Troy Rohrbaugh, Co-head of Markets and Securities Services, will become Co-CEOs of the expanded Commercial & Investment Bank. In addition, Viswas Raghavan, Co-head of Global Investment Banking, will become sole head of the Global Investment Banking franchise, while his partner, Jim Casey, has informed the company of his desire to take on an exciting new role in the firm, which will be announced shortly. Marc Badrichani, Co-head of Markets and Securities Services, has informed the company of his desire to pursue outside opportunities. He will work with his senior colleagues in the near term on transition plans for the Sales and Research group. Jason Sippel and Pranav Thakur will become Co-heads of the company’s Markets Trading business.

Craig Donohue, OCC Executive Chairman since 2014, has transitioned to Chairman, while OCC Chief Executive Officer, Andrej Bolkovic, has joined the board. In Donohue’s continuing role as Chairman of the Board, he will remain integrally involved with oversight and governance at OCC. OCC’s Board of Directors has appointed Roland Chai, Nasdaq’s President of European Market Services. Chai brings more than 20 years of experience in technology, risk management, trading and post-trade across multiple asset classes. In addition, Massimo Cutuli has joined OCC as Chief Financial Risk Officer-Elect and will succeed current CFRO Dale Michaels following his upcoming retirement. Cutuli has more than 25 years of experience in financial services and management consulting, most recently as Chief Risk Officer at Optiver US. Prior to that Cutuli was the Head of Risk for Citadel Securities where he was responsible for risk oversight in North America, EMEA and APAC.

Milan Vidojevic has joined Northern Trust Asset Management (NTAM) as Director, Quantitative Solutions, International. Vidojevic was most recently client portfolio manager and senior quantitative researcher at Robeco. Additionally, Bart van Vliet joins NTAM in Amsterdam as Quantitative Solutions Associate, International. Previously, he was client portfolio manager for quantitative equity strategies at Robeco.

Michael Chin has been appointed CEO of Duco, succeeding the company’s founder Christian Nentwich, who steps down as CEO after over 10 years. Chin has a long-standing track record in leading fintech growth companies to scale, expanding product capabilities to deliver best-in-class solutions, and significantly growing enterprise value. He brings a wealth of experience from data management and from delivering enterprise-wide corporate and trading solutions for customers. Most recently, he was the CEO of Broadway Technology.
