Ila Jehl joins Vision Financial Markets as a senior vice president and director of correspondent services in Dallas. Jehl, a veteran of more than 20 years, spent the last two years as a consultant. During that time, he set up a self-clearing currency broker in London and a brokerage firm in Canada. Prior to that, Jehl spent 12 years at Penson Financial Services, where he ran trading and execution services and correspondent services. Jehl reports to Howard Rothman, president of the Stamford, Conn.-based firm.

Greg Henry joined Societe General Americas as a director in the quantitative electronic services division of the equities group. Henry previously worked for UBS in New York, covering North American accounts trading electronically in Asian-Pacific markets. Before that, he spent seven years at Liquidnet, where he ran its Singapore office for two and a half years. Henry is at least the second electronic trading executive to migrate from UBS to SG in the past two years. In September 2010, Tim Gee joined the bank as a managing director and head of equities execution services for the Americas.

Ana Concejero has joined Knight Capital’s listed derivatives group as managing director responsible for sales in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The 18-year veteran was most recently at BlackRock, where she spent more than eight years working with exchange-traded funds. Prior to that, she was head of sales and marketing at Mako Financial Markets. She began her career at the Deutsche Borse. Based in London, Concejero will focus on client development and opening new markets for the distribution of advisory and liquidity services. She reports to Reginald Browne, global co-head of the listed derivatives group, and Albert Maasland, head of international.

Gordon "Rusty" Johnson joins DirectMarkets as chief business officer. A veteran of more than 30 years, Johnson was most recently at Rodman & Renshaw, which he joined last year as managing director for health-care investment banking. He has worked at Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Kidder Peabody, Piper Jaffray and WR Hambrecht + Co. Johnson reports to chief executive Kevin Lupowitz.
