FX: Credit Suisse U.S. Trading Chief Leaves

James Lanzilotti has left Credit Suisse after less than a year as its head of foreign exchange trading in the United States.

Lanzilotti’s reason for departing and what he plans next are not known. The departure was reported by FX Week.

Lanzilotti arrived at Credit Suisse in March 2012, from UBS where he had been head of U.S. global currency trading. He eproted to David Tait, who also came from UBS.

Tait is based in London.

Other recent departures from Credit Suisse, according to FX Week, include Thomas Farrer, head of European hedge fund sales, Fraser Kerr, head of emerging markets FX options in Europe, and Zachary Felshman, head of electronic FX sales for the Americas.
