Richard Itri has joined Sky Road, a trading and risk solutions provider, as Principal where he will lead the firm’s newly opened Manhattan office.
Itri brings more than 15 years of IT executive experience from the capital market space to Sky Road. He previously served as chief information officer (CIO) at Arbalet Capital Management and Arrowhawk Capital Group. In these roles, he led strategic and operational IT planning across the various aspects of the alternative investment businesses along with managing day-to-day support of the funds trading, risk and operational infrastructures. Prior to his CIO tenures, Itri served in technology management positions at Pequot Capital Management, HSBCs Alternative Funds Services group and AIG.

SkyRoad’s new New York office will focus on both domestic and international clients. Along with Itri’s hire the firm’s headcount has grown by 32 percent with new hires to populate the NYC office.

Itri will report directly to Borse, who is based in Chicago.
