Rafael Fernandez, senior international trader at Federated Investors, has joined Centerstone Investors LLC as Managing Director: Trading, where he will be responsible for all aspects of trading operations. The industry veteran will manage the trading of global equities, fixed income, derivatives and foreign exchange at Centerstone, founded by former First Eagle Funds portfolio manager, Abhay Deshpande.

Angela Stulley has left Trading Technologies for a new role as Director, Strategic Sales at ULLINK. Stulley was an original employee of Archipelago, and served as head of Global Sales for over 10 years. She reports to Jeff Gangl, MD of Americas here at ULLINK.
Wells Fargo European business development head Rob Helszajn has left the business.Helszajn took up the role in December 2011 when Wells Fargo acquired LaCrosse Global Fund Services. He had been a director with LaCrosse since February 2008.Prior to LaCrosse he worked in derivatives prime brokerage with Barclays Capital between 2005 and 2008 and before that worked in global equities with Deutsche Bank.He began his career working in global operations with Goldman Sachs where he focused on equities and fixed income client services.
Credit Suisse has named John Dabbs global head of prime derivatives services, according to a memo seen by The Trade Derivatives.He replaces Jeffrey Jennings, who was named the Swiss banks European head of prime services.Dabbs previously served as US head of futures and OTC clearing for Credit Suisse in New York. He will report to Mike Paliotta, head of global prime services.
Matthew Tagliani, a former executive director in CME Groups equity team, has joined European exchange traded product provider, Source UK Services, as a managing director.Tagliani, who left his role as an executive director for equity products at CME Group in London in December, joined Source UK Services earlier this month.
