Traveling traders and porfolio mangers can keep in touch with markets with a new tool from order management systems vendor Charles River.
The app, Charles River Mobile, is available for tablets and smartphones and provides secure remote access to the Charles River Investment Management Solution. The app permits users such as financial advisors, portfolio managers, compliance officers, traders and other investment professionals to perform numerous tasks. These include keeping up with market data, track order and trade status, monitor asset allocations and cash, create new orders, record compliance and track market data while on the go.
“Charles River Mobile is part of an ongoing initiative to deliver remote capabilities that increase our clients’ mobility and productivity,” said Tom Driscoll, global managing director at Charles River. “With an intuitive dashboard and on-demand reports and graphs, users can access real-time account information from the road.”
Charles River Mobile is designed for iPad/iPhone and Android-powered devices and is an extension of the Charles River Anywhere web-based browser service.
