Macquarie Securities hired two sales traders.
First, it brought on Allen Jordan as a senior sales trader. Jordan was most recently at Rochdale Securities. He has 15 years experience in equity sales trading and will be primarily focused on global multi-strategy funds.
Second, the firm hired Brad Hoenig, also as a senior sales trader. Hoenig was most recently at RBC Capital Markets, where he covered hedge funds. He began his career at Lehman Brothers in 1997. At Macquarie, Hoenig will continue to focus on New York, Connecticut and San Francisco-based hedge funds.
Besides the hirings, Macquarie also transferred its global head of execution services, Damian Hoult, from Hong Kong to New York.
