Washington, D.C., April 4, 2023 – As a follow-up to its Equity Market Structure Roundtable held last September, SIFMA will host a second roundtable on April 19 at 10 a.m. to discuss the four SEC proposals released on Dec. 14, 2022:
- Disclosure of Order Execution Information;
- Tick Sizes, Access Fees, and Transparency of Better Priced Orders;
- Regulation Best Execution; and
- Enhancing Order Competition.
The event will convene buy-side, sell-side, exchanges, academics and other interested parties as they holistically examine the impact of the SEC proposals on investors and equity market structure.
