A questionable weather forecast and uncertainty about possible COVID-related no-shows were concerns leading up the Wednesday, May 4 evening event at the Loeb Boathouse in Central Park. But thankfully, morning precipitation cleared and good health won out — by 7 pm, almost 200 capital markets trading and technology professionals were in their seats, making a full house for the awards program.

The 2022 MCAs was a special 10th-anniversary of the awards program.

What was the first-ever 2013 program like? Well from the photos, it was colder (held in February), darker (held at Arena Nightclub in the theater district of NYC) and more formal (ties were more de rigueur nine years ago).
