ON THE MOVE: DASH Lands Lesko for CGO; Kurland Leaves ITG

Dash Financial Technologies landed Bloomberg alum Glenn Lesko as its new Chief Growth Officer. Reporting directly to CEO Peter Maragos, Lesko will be responsible for driving the firm’s revenue growth objectives globally, both organically and inorganically. A 30 year veteran, Lesko most recently served as CEO of Bloomberg Tradebook. Prior to that he spent nearly 10 years at Instinet, serving as CEO of Instinet Asia and later head of Americas Equities.

Ann Neidenbach, who joined Cowen as chief information following its acquisition of Convergex, joined the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) last week as chief information officer for shared services, according to media reports. She will be responsible for developing the Group’s BSL operations in Sri Lanka and Romania, which delivers technology, data services and corporate support across the exchange’s global operating entities.

Scott Kurland has left ITG. The 16 year veteran and former Managing Director and Head of Workflow Technology at ITG has joined  SS&C Technologies. At SS&C Kurland will spearhead the rollout of their next-generation financial operations system. Prior to ITG, he was Co Founder and Head of Product Development at ESP Technologies.

KeyBanc Capital Markets has hired Tom Mazzucco as a managing director and head of global internet & digital media investment banking in its Technology Group. Mazzucco comes to KBCM Technology Group with more than 25 years of investment banking experience, most recently as head of the global internet practice at Jefferies. He previously served as global head of internet & digital media investment banking for Citigroup, UBS, Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch.

BJ Marcoullier, Transcend

Transcend, a leader in collateral and liquidity management technology, has appointed BJ Marcoullier, former JPMorgan Chase securities finance executive, as its Head of Sales. Before joining Transcend, Marcoullier spent 22 years at JPMorgan Chase, most recently leading its North American liquidity and funding team within equity finance and prime brokerage. He also led funding, liquidity and capital optimization efforts for its US broker dealers and prime brokerage business and managed the Americas securities borrow and loan desk.

Asa Attwell is joining Nomura as its head of EMEA foreign exchange and emerging markets. Attwell will also serve as co-head of global FX options along with Nagaraj Pangal. Together they will be tasked with growing the FX options business across G10 currencies and emerging markets.
