NYSE Cuts CEO Pay, in Advance of Shareholder Votes

NYSE Euronext, which is on the verge of merging with Intercontinental Exchange, said it cut its chief executive's pay by 29% and froze other top executives' base pay. Shareholders will get a say on pay at their annual meeting on April 25.
