FINRA Pulls In $600,000 from Trade & Reporting Violations

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority will collect about $600,000 in fines from about a dozen brokerages for stock in cases ranging from violations of trade reporting rules to failures to locate stock before selling it short, according to the regulator's March disciplinary actions report.
