Ex-Rochdale Trader Pleads Guilty to Fraud

David Miller, an institutional trader for Rochdale Securities in Connecticut who made an unauthorized $1 billion bet on Apple stock, has pleaded guilty in criminal court to securities fraud and faces up to 25 years in jail. Miller also reached a partial settlement with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
