>>Saurabh Srivastava joined Atlanta-based money management firm Invesco as global head of electronic trading. Srivastava, an eight-year veteran, was previously head of consulting in the Advanced Execution Services department at Credit Suisse. Prior to that, he was an associate with Morgan Stanley. He reports to global head of trading, Kevin Cronin.


>> Three sales traders joined B. Riley & Co.: Peter Andorfer,Jason Buttles and Ryan Wells. Andorfer will work in the California brokerage's New York office. He was previously at C.L. King & Associates, where he held a similar position. Buttles comes from Caris, where he spent about 10 months. Buttles has about a dozen years experience in sales trading in San Francisco. He worked at JMP Securities for six years and spent four years at ThinkEquity. Wells also comes on board from Caris, where he was a sales trader. Prior to Caris, Wells was a sales trader at ThinkEquity.


>> Penserra Securities hired Kevin Blair as a sales trader in San Francisco. Blair was previously a sales trader with ThinkEquity, which shut down last year.


>>Stacy Kishpaugh joined Aegis Capital Corp. in New York as a sales trader. She held similar roles at Rodman & Renshaw and its predecessor firm, Hudson Securities. Rodman shut down its equities group last year.


>>Robert Livio joined Mischler Financial Group's equities trading department in the firm's Stamford, Conn office. Livio is charged with overseeing the firm's global equities execution platform and block business. That includes ensuring that the desk runs 24 hours a day and offers direct access to the international equity markets. Livio previously spent three years at Numis Securities as head of international equities trading.


>> Kota Global Securities of Newport Beach, Calif., hired Herman Barber as a senior vice president in the global trading and buybacks department. Barber was most recently a trader with Mischler Financial Group, also in Southern California. Barber also spent nine years as a trader at the Teacher Retirement System of Texas.


>>Michael Palazzi joined Weeden & Co. as head of derivative sales. Palazzi was previously with Pali Capital, where he held a similar post. He also spent 15 years heading sales and Nasdaq trading at CIBC in New York. Between stints at CIBC and Pali, Palazzi ran global sales trading at Cowen & Co. Weeden now employs a staff of eight in its options trading department. The firm also hired Dennis Bernholz as a sales trader in its San Francisco office. Bernholz was previously a sales trader at FBR Capital Markets, also in San Francisco, for three years.


>>Beatrix Kondor joined BTIG as a sales trader in the firm's Atlanta office. Kondor was most recently a sales trader with Knight Capital Group in that city.


>>Alice Chen joined MKM Partners in corporate administration. Chen last worked at Neonet, heading the Swedish broker's Asia trading desk. Prior to that, she worked for Credit Suisse in equity derivatives sales trading.
