>> Angela Stulley joins Portware as head of partner sales and marketing. Stulley, a 15-year veteran, comes from Wolverine Trading, where she spent the last two years running sales and marketing. She previously worked at NYSE Arca (formerly Archipelago). At Portware, she will take the lead on fostering broker relationships. She reports to the company's chief executive officer, Alfred Eskandar.
